I would like to send this to some of the cupcake “gurus”. With the cupcake bandwagon getting longer, there’s is a need for intervention. Some of these cupcakes need intervention.
Isn’t it possible that filling them more (3/4 full on the left) vs filling them less (2/3 full on the right) is what makes them rise more? The true test would be filling them the same amount and seeing what happens.
